We are available for phone calls Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (PST). Outside of these hours, we’re still working hard — so if you’ve scheduled a project with us that takes place earlier or later than those hours, we’re absolutely still on! These phone hours simply define when we're available to take calls and handle direct inquiries.

Booking is simple! Click the “Book Now” button located at the top right corner of our website. This will take you to our booking form. ✔️ Please be as detailed as possible when filling it out — include the type of project, preferred dates, location, and any vision or requirements you already have. Once submitted, the form is sent directly to us. From there, we’ll contact you to schedule a free phone consultation so we can go over the project, answer any questions, and finalize the next steps.

After our initial consultation, we will send over a project agreement/contract outlining the scope, timeline, and pricing. Once that is signed, a deposit is due the same day to officially lock in your date. ✅ We accept payments via Zelle or other protected digital payment methods (Venmo, Cash App, or invoice through PayPal or Stripe upon request). 💳 Depending on the size or type of the project, custom payment plans may be available. We’re flexible and happy to work with you! Note: If your project requires advanced editing or custom effects beyond what’s included in our standard package, we’ll outline those options and any associated fees during the consultation. Yes! We offer high-quality product photography and videography for brands looking to elevate their online presence — perfect for websites, e-commerce platforms, Amazon listings, social media, and digital ads. If you're out of state or not local, no problem — all you need to do is ship the product to us, and we’ll handle the rest. 📦 Once we receive your items, we’ll style, shoot, and deliver the final content to you — no need to be present for the shoot unless you specifically request it. This makes the process seamless, especially for brands that want consistent, professional content without having to travel or coordinate in-person. Yes, we absolutely travel! While we are based in [West Hills, California], we often work with clients in other cities and even out of state. Travel fees may apply depending on location and scope of the project. If you have a shoot in mind that’s outside of our local area, just mention it in the booking form and we’ll take it from there.

Be ready to talk about your vision, timeline, budget, and any inspiration you have. If you’ve seen examples of work you like (from us or elsewhere), bring those up! The more we know, the better we can serve you.

We do offer rush turnaround options depending on the project and our current workload. If you’re on a tight deadline, just let us know up front. We’ll let you know what’s possible and if any additional costs apply.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of a scheduled shoot may result in a loss of deposit. We understand life happens — if you need to reschedule, just reach out as early as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Raw files are not included by default, but they may be available upon request for an additional fee. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, polished content, and we usually recommend waiting for the final edited versions — but we're flexible if you have specific needs.

Once your full payment is complete, you’ll receive full usage rights for personal or business use. Wav 6 Productions retains the right to display your content in our portfolio, reels, or promotional materials.

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to guarantee availability — especially for large or seasonal projects. However, we may be able to accommodate short-notice projects depending on our schedule, so don’t hesitate to reach out.
